   DELIVERIES

• What are your delivery times?

We will prepare your parcel within 24–48 hours of your purchase. During the Christmas period, processing times may be longer.

 

• What are the courier delivery times in Italy?

We would like to point out that our products are shipped from Pantelleria, the furthest of Italy’s islands,

so delivery may take 8–10 working days from the date of your order.

 

• What are the courier delivery times for international orders?

For international orders, the estimated courier delivery time is 10–15 days.

 

• What are the courier delivery times during the Christmas period?

If you wish to receive our products before Christmas, we recommend placing your order well in advance. The usual 8–10-day courier delivery time may be subject to further delays.

 

• Do I need to be present when the courier delivers?

Someone must be present at the delivery address; otherwise, the courier will make a total of 3 delivery attempts over 3 consecutive days, after which the parcel will be returned to the sender.

• How can I track my parcel?

You can track your parcel using the email sent to you by the courier we have used.

 

• Can I have an order delivered to an address other than the one I provided when registering?

Yes, of course. You can enter a different address at checkout and have your Essenza di Pantelleria parcel delivered to another address.

 

• How much are the delivery charges?

In Italy, delivery is free for orders over €120, whilst orders below this threshold incur a delivery charge of €9. In Europe, the shipping fee is €15, with the exception of the following countries: Denmark, Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Switzerland and Hungary, where it is €15. Shipments to Switzerland may be subject to customs duties.
